What happens when dance meets depth?
Join us for 10 days of exploration where freediving becomes an artistic practice and water becomes both teacher and creative partner.
Together, we will investigate gravity and weight, weightlessness and surrender, the fluid intelligence of tissues, underwater partnering, contact dance, rope work, and the creation of poetic underwater imagery.
This training is designed for movers, freedivers, dancers, performers, and curious water lovers who wish to deepen their relationship with the aquatic world—not only as a place to visit, but as a space to create, listen, and transform.
Each masterclass combines technical skills, somatic awareness, artistic research, and embodied exploration in shallow and deep water.
For those wishing to go further, the program culminates in a 3-day underwater art project, an opportunity to translate your discoveries into images, choreography, and underwater storytelling.
