Nos Racines Fluides

Developed in 2023 with a group of women from Ixelles and supported by the Summer XL Festival, this collective creation grew from the solo Oya Calling the Wind. Together, we explored the liberation and power of femininity, transforming personal and collective stories of constraint into movement, rhythm, and voice. Guided by the spirit of Oya — the Orisha of storms and change, the work became a ritual of transformation, reclaiming feminine force as both tenderness and tempest.
