Broken Branch

From the second visit to Secret Garden I was curious about this branch. Dragon tree looked so strong. But that branch fell - drastically, dramatically, strongly.

Leaving kind of a deep would in the tree flesh. Like an open heart actually.

All the intricacies of Dragon flesh are seen through broken branch. I heard it fell from its own weight. Or a disease. I do not remember.

But I liked to watch inside. The wound lives its own life.

There is always some kind of liquid - Dragon blood (sap becoming resin and even - amber). Or rain drops. Tiny vines grow inside - inch by inch....I will know how much exactly they grow if i dig in my archive (I had discipline to regularly photograph that tiny vine every week or two - but I have no idea yet how much it really grew. But I know it grew. and it is reassuring - to know that tiny vine grows inside the would and the drops fall and resin becomes amber).
