Tending the Edges is a hybrid, experimental, site-responsive project exploring care, access, and liminality in urban space. Working from outside an inaccessible wild area, it engages
bodies, imagination, and listening to explore how care operates beyond physical access.
The project includes a physical dimension — Listening Weekend — and a virtual dimension: Secret Garden.
A poetic digital “Secret Garden” is under development — an online platform documenting the inaccessible forest through images, sounds, texts, and movement scores.
This digital space will extend the project into a hybrid realm where care, imagination, and technology meet. The platform will be completed by June 2026.
