Deep Aquatic Dance - private session

Service Description

You will learn the basics of artfreediving/aquatic dance in deep pool Nemo33 (5 or 10m): we start from 1 hour dry session (introduction, stretching and breathwork) + 1,5 hour pool session (basics of aquatic movement, buoyancy, equilization, improvisation in the water). As a bonus you get a personalized video of your dance.
